We’ve added marinated tofu for a protein boost to balance the light rice and raw vegetables. Nori seaweed forms the nutritious shell of these tasty sushi rolls. Seaweed contains health benefits such as high protein and mineral content, natural iodine, and more vitamin C than oranges. Nori sushi is a complete meal in a single roll.
