Burritos are a classic in Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine. We’ve followed that classic idea with an easy recipe of traditional flour tortillas, refried beans, and cheese. If you’re looking for a great alternative to Taco Tuesday, then a burrito is a great one-plate meal. Gather ingredients, assemble, bake, and go! Along with the inclusion of the classic burrito recipe, we’ve followed up with 4 other healthy variations to enjoy a ton of different flavor options—additions like avocados, vegetables, aduki beans, and quinoa make for a fun twist to this well-known lunch or dinner staple.
